Time For The "Jumpy Jump"

We finally got a beautiful, sunshine day that wasn't freezing cold and the kids were dying to try out their new jumpy. They got it for Christmas, but had not seen it blown up yet. They were so excited and had a blast jumping, rolling, running, and whatever else they could come up with to do in it!In the meantime, daddy was raking leavesNotice how Colton just dives right in, while Raelee, ever so nicely, waits for him to get in trouble

I just love fun family days : )

Grandmother & PawPaw + Christmas = Goldmine

We went to mom and dad's the day after Christmas to let all the kids and adults open presents with just our family. We had some yummy snacks and had a blast watching the kids. I am so thankful for such an amazing family and wonderful fellowship.

The kids had a wonderful Christmas. Grandmother and PawPaw also got them all Flat Screen TVs and DVD Players for their room. We are so blessed and thankful for the things we are able to give and receive. We were excited to surprise mom with a new bedding set and dad tickets to an Elvis 75th Birthday tribute concert. We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Christmas Day

We were so lucky that Brad was off for Christmas this year. It's not as fun when he is at the fire station, and we have to go and celebrate alone, or wait until the next day when he is off. This year was perfect. We went to my parents for lunch with the Hagedorn side, (dad's amazing ribs) then to his parents for dinner. We did not do presents with all the cousins at mom and dad's until the next day when we could get everyone together.

My CrewGrandmother and her babiesShe dreamed about this balloon carriage. Thanks Grancee and Pappy!Checking out his new train table
Daddy....can the kids have their toys back?

Say Cheeeeeese

They both love their new video games. I love that Raelee's is educational, and I also love that I thought to get Colton a Toy Story one, so he would try to steal Raelee's. Woohoo....points for mommy!

Santa Came....WOOHOO

Raelee got up VERY early ready for Santa, but Colton on the other hand, had to be carried out of bed into the living room. He did not have quite the reaction we thought, but I think it was because he was still half asleep. It takes him a little while to get going, so Raelee was pretty much done, before he realized what was going on. The big finale was going to be their new "jumpy jump" blown up in the back yard, but it had rained all night and was FREEZING cold, so we just left it in the box. We did not want them catching pneumonia, just for a good reaction ; )

The LootHenry the Elf with the Yo Gabba Gabba walkie talkies

They had a great time, and didn't know what to play with first. I think mom and dad did a pretty good job : )

Christmas Eve

The kids made cookies and milk for Santa, and then we sprinkled out our "Reindeer Food". We usually go to church or to the Rose Center to see Christmas lights, but since they had been sick all week and still had a cough, we decided to just stay warm and cozy at home. We wanted them good and well for the next few days of fun!

Happy Birthday Jesus!
Cookies anyone? LOLOLOLOL!!!!
Time to sprinkle reindeer food
Poor thing, he really thought the reindeer would come RIGHT then : (Then daddy got busy putting a couple of things together. (FYI...mommy already had her part done)...hehe
