A Jumpin Good Time

Today we decided to try out a new business in town…In The Zone. It’s an indoor “jumpy place”. Mom, Mimi and I took Colton and Alyssa. They had so much fun and jumped their little hearts out. DSC04101 DSC04106 DSC04108 DSC04118 DSC04116 DSC04120 DSC04121 DSC04124 After they were worn out, we went to Applebee’s for a yummy lunch. These two love each other so much, and it is so funny to watch them play. They are pure entertainment!

Game 2

Raelee had her 2nd soccer game, and once again, she ROCKED it! Aunt Alisha and Alyssa came this time, so she was super excited. I love to watch her play, and am so proud of how driven she is.

Queen Brook

I can’t believe little Brookie Burrow is now a beautiful Senior. Mom and I went to the Homecoming pep rally today to see her and Carley for a bit. She was absolutely stunning.

That night, the kids and I went with mom and dad to the game. Raelee loved seeing all the cheerleaders and hearing the band. Colton just loved blowing the bull horn….over and over….and over. They had such a good time. We are so proud of you Brooke!

Happy Birthday Ms. Burk

Today was Ms. Burk’s birthday, so I took cupcakes and goodies to the class. The class made her birthday cards, and put them all in a basket. We have really enjoyed her class so far, and Raelee loves her. It really makes the school year so much better, when your child loves their teacher : )

A Fun Afternoon

Mom, Mimi and I took Alyssa and Colton to Kid City today for a little fun. Alyssa jumped right in and was at the top of the 4 story play scape in NO time! Colton, on the other hand, stayed comfortable on the 1st level. Every once in a while, he would venture to the 2nd, but that was plenty. DSC04013 DSC04011DSC04016 DSC04021 After Kid City, we headed to pick up Raelee at school. They were so excited…but they both fell asleep before we got there! They were two tired little monkeys : )

Raelee Kicks Off Soccer Season

My Raelee is definitely a “soccer chick”. She LOVES soccer, and is pretty stinkin good at it! She took the field, ready to show little brother how it’s done. She ran like a champ and scored 2 goals. I am so proud of her and the determination she has. After a couple quarters of running field, she started to get sick. She had to come out and I had to strip her socks, shoes, and shin guards off. It was soooo incredibly hot out there, and she had just ran entirely too much. We were short some players, so they were having to play more than the other team. She was fine after a little Gatorade, and our team rocked it! Way to go RaeRae!!!DSC03975 Let’s go girls!DSC03979 DSC03984 DSC03986 DSC03987 SCORE!

Colton’s 1st Soccer Game

Colton jumped out of bed, SOOOO ready to put his uniform on and go play soccer. It was a long wait from 6:00am til 11:30! He was so excited and couldn’t wait to SCORE! Well, all went well for about the first 2mins of the game. He kicked the ball off, then someone else took it…..and that ladies and gentlemen, was all she wrote. He cried the WHOLE entire game because “HE” did not have the ball. Not to mention the fact that is was nap time, and 2 million degrees outside. I have never seen him cry constantly like that before, and especially if I was bribing him with something! Bless his heart, he just did not get the concept of him having the ball, then someone else can just run up and kick it away. He is still so young, so we’ll see, but looks like Colton may be putting his cleats on the shelve until tball season : (DSC03962DSC03963DSC03966 The steal that started the meltdown.DSC03967 Trying to hold back the tears.DSC03970 DSC03969DSC03972

Happy Birthday Avery

Mom and I took Raelee and Colton to Avery’s 7th Birthday Party at the skating rink. It was right after school and the kids had a blast. Colton loves to skate, and Raelee…..well, she is working on it. At one point, she had on elbow and knee pads….LOL

After the party, mom, the kids and I met the rest of the Hagedorn crew and went to Smitty’s pizza. What a fabulous Friday!
