Today was the end of the year Kindergarten party. They had a jumpy, bubbles, chalk, crafts, water games, a parachute, and nachos. Mrs.Burton made some really cute keepsakes for them (and the mommies) and had a special slide show from the whole year. The kids had an absolute blast!
This day snuck up on me WAY to fast! I was so choked up all morning on the way to drop Raelee off at school. I can’t believe I was just dropping her off for her first day, and today she is graduating Kindergarten. I feel like I will blink and she will be graduating high school. She has grown up so fast right before my eyes. It is amazing the sweet friends she has made, and the love she has for her precious teacher. We couldn’t have asked for a better year. Her graduation ceremony was so sweet. She was such a little lady singing all the songs, and the cutest little motions. Of course they played a slide show and made all of the parents boo hoo!

Raelee, words can not tell you how incredibly proud we are. You walked in the first day so brave, and never looked back. You made many new friends, and some very special memories. You are becoming such a little lady with such love for life. We look forward to seeing all the great things you do. WE LOVE YOU!
Teresa and Harlan came in town for Papaw’s party, and were here for a couple of days, so they came over mom and dad’s for some fun in the sun. Colton and Harlan had so much fun playing together. We miss these cousins sooo much, and hope to get them back here one day ; )
We had a surprise party for my Papaw (my dad’s dad) at Fertitta’s. You can’t go wrong with their famous muffy, mint tea, bread and pastas. Add great friends and family, and you have a fabulous night! Family came in from San Marcos and Nashville. It was so good to see everyone, and the cousins had a blast playing. Happy 8oth Papaw! Not many people would believe you were 80yrs old if they saw you swim those laps in the pool, and play all those rounds of golf. Hope you had a wonderful night : )
Daddy has missed a few games while he was at work, so Raelee was thrilled for him to be here. She was even more excited that he coached 1st base! She got some good pep talks (and a couple kisses) while running the bases : )
This was Raelee’s last field trip for Kindergarten…sniff sniff. Mom came along and we brought Colton. All of the kids were so good and so well behaved. They had so much fun riding the moo moo-choo choo, feeding the animals, having a picnic, and playing on the playground. Colton got really tired and wouldn’t stay out of the mud, so Super-Grandmother took him home for a nap, and I rode the bus back with Raelee. She was super excited about that!
My awesome husband built us another amazing house, and we are FINALLY in! It has been a long crazy ride, but it was totally worth it. Here is the outside, and inside pics will come soon : )
